Definitions

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the Buyer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.

These Terms apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller and override any other documentation or communication from the Buyer.

Acceptance of delivery is deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms.

Any variation to these Terms (including special terms agreed between parties) must be confirmed in writing by the Seller.

Free Shipping offers are valid for UK residents only and available for a limited time while stocks last.
Ordering

All orders are considered an offer to purchase Goods under these Terms and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

If Goods are unavailable, the Buyer will be notified and offered the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund within 30 days.
Price & Payment

Prices are as listed on the Website and may include or exclude VAT.

The total price, including VAT and delivery charges, will be shown in the shopping cart before order confirmation.

Full payment must be made before dispatch.
Delivery

UK orders are typically delivered within 28 working days of order acceptance.

International orders may take up to 56 working days.

If a specific delivery date cannot be met, the Seller will notify the Buyer to arrange a new date or offer a full refund.

While the Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates, time is not of the essence. The Seller is not liable for losses due to delays.

Delivery is made to the address specified in the order. The Buyer must ensure arrangements are in place to receive the Goods.

Title and risk pass to the Buyer upon delivery, except for bespoke items retained by the Seller during fittings or items collected in person from the studio.
Rights of the Seller

Prices may be updated periodically and are not guaranteed beyond the point of order.

The Seller may withdraw Goods from the Website at any time and is not liable for doing so or for refusing to process an order.
Warranty

Goods will correspond to their description at the time of dispatch.

Minor changes may be made to items, provided they are of equal or greater value.

All other warranties—implied or statutory—are excluded. The Buyer is responsible for determining suitability.
Cancellation & Return

The Buyer must inspect Goods upon receipt and notify the Seller in writing within 14 days of the invoice date if items are damaged or do not comply with the Contract.

To cancel, the Buyer must provide a clear statement including name, address, order details, and contact information.

Cancelled items must be returned at the Buyer’s cost within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and include standard delivery costs if the entire order is returned.

Items must be returned in original condition with sealed swing tags attached. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns if tags are removed or items show signs of use.

Deductions may be made for loss in value due to unnecessary handling

Return of Faulty Products
If your item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit:

You’ll receive a full refund including original delivery and return postage costs.

Claims must be made within:

14 days of invoice date (UK)

21 days (Europe, excluding UK)

28 days (Rest of World)

Returns outside these timeframes may be eligible for a credit note only.

Delivery, bespoke items, and gift box charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Goods must be returned at the Buyer’s expense and insured during transit, unless faulty.
Sale & Clearance Items

Items returned after 14 days from invoice date are non-refundable and may be
eligible for a credit note only. -
Postage charges apply for exchanges on Sale & Clearance items.
Limitation of Liability

Except where required by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the price of the Goods.

The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Waiver

No waiver of rights by the Seller shall affect its ability to enforce those rights in future.
Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God

Strikes or lockouts

Accidents, war, fire

System failures or supply shortages

In such cases, the Seller is entitled to a reasonable extension of obligations.
Changes to Terms

The Seller may alter these Terms at any time. Changes do not affect existing contracts accepted by the Buyer.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.

Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
