At Kitty Ventura, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each piece is hand-crafted, original, and exclusive to our brand. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days in its original condition and packaging for a full refund—no questions asked.
Please return items via registered or recorded post with full value coverage.
Refunds can only be issued for goods received safely.
How to Return

Complete the online Returns Form so we know what’s coming back.

Include your order number and name inside the parcel.

Return items in original packaging with swing tags attached.

Use a tracked and signed-for Royal Mail service.
Kitty Ventura is not liable for items in transit until they reach our premises. Always retain proof of postage.

Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and cancel the entire order, we’ll refund the standard delivery charge in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Express delivery fees are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Partial cancellations or cancellations made after 14 days are not eligible for postage refunds.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date.
These are typically eligible for exchange or credit note only.
UK exchanges on sale items incur a £4 postage charge.
Exchanges & Refunds (Non-Sale Items)
You may exchange or return non-sale items within 14 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and have swing tickets attached.
Include your contact name, daytime phone number, and exchange/refund request.
Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return postage costs are not covered by Kitty Ventura.
Premium and Express delivery fees are non-refundable.
Your first UK exchange is postage-free.
Additional exchanges incur a P&P and handling fee of £8.
Sale and clearance exchanges are subject to postage charges.
Sizing Note
Most exchanges are due to sizing. Please take a moment to measure your cat accurately before ordering to ensure the best fit first time.
